Job Title: Financial Services Sales Manager Reporting to: Head Of Financial Planning Department: Planning Prosperous Financial has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager, to lead our Choice service offering.
The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the organisation and will lead a team of 5 Financial Advisors.
The role will oversee all activities related to our Choice service offering, including the day to day revenue generating activities, coaching and mentoring of team members, leading by example in delivering exceptional client centric service and collaborating on a number of different projects across the business.
The individual we are seeking aligns with our core values and has proven experience of successfully leading a team, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to Head Of Financial Planning Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellence at every touch point Financial Oversight: Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations at all times Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts and financial reports for the Choice offering Analyse and interrupt financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Team Leadership: Lead, coach and develop all employees within the team Have regular check points with employees, provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance reviews on a quarterly basis Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Strategic Planning: Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives Identify new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the client experience Stay updated on industry trends through a continuous improvement mindset and attending regular sessions to maintain CPD Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
