Key Responsibilities Client Responsibilities: Collaborative Partnerships: Collaborate closely with our Assurance team on large-scale transformation programs and projects. Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs, priorities, and challenges. Quality Assurance: Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality work products that exceed client expectations and adhere to the highest professional standards. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of specialization, leveraging your knowledge to develop innovative solutions and shape service offerings. Business Development: Lead presentations and proposals for medium to high-complexity projects, and contribute subject matter expertise to bids and proposals in relevant areas. Internal Responsibilities: Contribute to client account management activities, including project team recruitment, financial management of client engagements, and quality and risk management. Lead and support the development of presentations and proposals for elements of medium to high-complexity projects for both prospective and existing clients. Communicate effectively with senior management and actively work to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams. Support team development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing activities. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Essential Criteria: 15+ years of experience in project risk management, program delivery, or recovery for the delivery of technology projects within consulting, industry, or the public sector. Demonstrated experience in Program Assurance (project health checks). Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation projects. Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships. Strong understanding of project governance and change management principles. Advantageous Criteria: Additional professional qualifications in project or program management, such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or ACP. Experience in Project Assurance, Portfolio Management, PMO, benchmarking, and Best Practices.
