Job DescriptionBallymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for experienced Kitchen Assistant to join the Team. The Ballymascanlon House is a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel.
It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D. Main duties and responsibilities:To work alongside chefs and assist with food preparation to the required company standards of food hygiene To maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots etc.
for all outlets in the hotelTo maintain a clean kitchen environment by assisting kitchen staff by following standard cleaning practicesTo sweep and mop the entire kitchen and still room floorTo wash all clearing counters and shelvesTo monitor waste levels in all bins and remove waste when neededTo follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practicesTo ensure all breakages are reported to the Head ChefAbout The RoleRequirements:Flexibility in working hours as role includes shifts in the morning/evening, weekends, Christmas & public holidays.The candidate must legally be able to work past 11pm throughout the weekPrevious experience working in a Kitchen environment i.e.
