Experienced Sales Executive or Manager for busy city centre Food & Beverage Venues – Bars, Clubs, Restaurant and Late Night venue
Responsibilities:
1. To overall sell, promote and be brand savvy across multiple venues.
2. Raising brand awareness & promoting through networking activities, business and social contacts.
3. Working in collaboration with Marketing, Comms & Social Media to generate business and campaigns – ALL venues.
4. Meeting local business clients with a view to generating sales and footfall across all venues.
5. Developing creative campaigns/events and initiatives to drive sales and spend across the revenue channels.
6. Building a database of potential & future clients – consistent and proactive selling.
7. Promoting the venues across a calendar of events – proactive calendar management.
8. Capturing new business and ideas to promote the venues.
9. Demonstrating a strong business acumen and understanding of all markets to generate business spend.
Requirements:
1. Motivated and results driven – business and client savvy.
2. Ability to manage internal/external business relationships in a professional manner – strong stakeholder and client management.
3. Very effective communication, organisational & administration skills.
4. Outgoing personality with a flair for sales, events and social media campaigns.
5. Confidence in dealing with a diverse range of clients, customers and potential business contacts.
6. Ability to work on own initiative and generate awareness and engagement across multiple venues simultaneously.
7. Interest in sports, international events and operating out of hours would be desirable.
