Candidate information/requirements:
1. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of work experience in a high-volume location, in comparable Fast Food Operations.
2. Previous management experience in a catering, fast food, or restaurant environment.
3. HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge would be a plus.
4. Excellent customer service, good leadership, and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
6. A good level of English is required.
About the job:
1. Permanent, full-time position.
2. If moving to Ireland from abroad, the employer will secure accommodation which you will be paying between 530 € to 600 € per month for a private room in the nearby area (utilities are not included).
3. Salary after tax in Ireland for this Supervisor role will be 16.80 € per hour gross, 2.500 € net per month (35,000 € gross; before tax, per year) on 40 hours per week.
As a Supervisor, you will be asked to demonstrate a personal commitment to meet and exceed customer service expectations within the business through active customer interaction and staff training.
In this role, you will be required to:
1. Coordinate staff scheduling and rotas to ensure sufficient cover at all times.
2. Provide on-the-job coaching and training for existing staff.
3. Induct and train new staff.
4. Create a great culture in your store by focusing on the values of the business.
5. Ensure standards of Food Safety and Hygiene are maintained whilst complying with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and HACCP regulations.
6. Ensure daily sales (cash & visa) balance correctly.
7. Order stock daily to ensure sufficient product availability.
8. Maintain the cleanliness of the store (inside and outside) and the cleanliness of the equipment.
9. Ensure minimum wastage through effective stock control and stock rotation.
10. Ensure high standards of customer service throughout all shifts.
11. Comply with company policies and procedures.
12. Handle customer complaints and queries.
13. Implement promotional campaigns from the head office.
