We are partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Property Solicitor for their Belfast office, joining their esteemed Energy & Infrastructure Property team within their expanding international Property Group.
About the Role
The firm is the UK's leading Energy & Infrastructure Property practice, renowned for its market dominance and exceptional expertise.
With unmatched depth of experience and specialist knowledge, the team provides top-tier legal support on a broad range of projects, from major offshore wind farms and transport infrastructure to flood defence schemes and EV charging portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing expert property legal advice on major energy and infrastructure projects across the UK.
* Working on diverse energy and infrastructure property matters, handling significant transactions for high-profile clients.
* Focusing on energy projects such as wind (onshore and offshore), solar, hydrogen, carbon capture, battery storage, and nuclear, advising public authorities, developers, investors, and utility companies.
Requirements:
* Qualified in England & Wales
* Experience in energy and/or major infrastructure property work
* Technically excellent and commercially aware
* A team player with a strong client-focused approach
Benefits:
* Salary range of £55,000-£70,000, depending on experience
