Aviva is seeking confident and engaging Customer Service & Sales Advisors to join our Galway Call Centre in Ballybrit, Galway.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position, 35 hours per week. You will be helping new and existing customers with their Home & Motor Insurance queries.
Your Responsibilities
* Handle inbound Motor & Home Insurance queries, following a script.
* Buildding rapport with each customer by understanding their needs.
* Taking ownership and resolving each situation to the customer's satisfaction.
* Making follow-up calls to customers and connecting with internal departments.
Requirements
* Ideal experience in a customer service environment either in person or over the phone.
* Good aptitude for technical learning and IT.
* Verbal and written fluency in English.
* An ability to adapt to change, working in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive can-do attitude.
