Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Web Site Audit Specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of our career site, which includes over 1,000 landing pages. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and consistency of all site elements. The ideal candidate will meticulously review each page, including links, images, videos, text, social icons, banners, menus, and other site components, to identify errors, broken elements, or inconsistencies.
Requirements
Role Functions:
1. Perform detailed audits of 1,000+ career site landing pages, including content, design, and functionality.
2. Review all elements: links, images, videos, text, social media icons, banners, menus, and other interactive components.
3. Identify and document issues such as broken links, missing assets, layout inconsistencies, and content errors.
4. Provide detailed reports with findings and recommended improvements to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards and user expectations across the entire site.
6. Collaborate with web development and content teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
7. Track updates and recommendations in a spreadsheet for approval.
Qualifications & Education:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in identifying site inconsistencies.
3. Previous experience in website audits, quality assurance, or content management.
4. Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, links) is a plus.
5. Excellent reporting and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
