Location: CitywestBusiness Campus at Dublin, Ireland
Purpose of the Role:
Due to K2 expansion, Ireland technical and delivery team looking to hire a Project Coordinator to manage entire governance process together with the project and corporate governance. This person will be working closely with Ireland based Project Management team to manage and ensure our projects program is on track and delivered in accordance to project requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing entire governance process in collaboration with the project and cooperate governance.
2. Project Meeting Action Tracker
3. Management of Project RAID Log – (Risk; Assumption ;Issues ; Dependencies)
4. Tracking all actions and ensures they are closed out.
5. Management of Purchase Requisition Process
6. Contributing to regular reviews of schedule and cost, supporting change, risk and issues management; tracking cost to support the project and financial team forecasts and change control.
7. Assisting with Cost and Contract Manager on Variation Log Tracker
8. Manage and follow up with RFQ/CoR – Process
9. Management of External Project Platform (Procore)
10. Management of sub-contractor Procore platform access and permission
11. Management of Tech Sub submittal
12. Management of RFI process
13. Management of Payment Certification Process
14. Internal MS Share point access and content audits
15. Assisting the project/programme team with the end-to-end delivery of the required outcomes and outputs, across the areas of design, procurement, construction delivery, budget, schedule, and technical quality output.
16. Responsible for setting up meeting invites, room booking, setting up and coordinating pack preparation.
17. Taking minutes of meetings when required.
18. Developing reports and presentations for internal governance
19. Supporting the team on regular engagement in respect of financial team, risk team, and audit teams
20. Ensuring all governance meeting and meeting minutes are stored correctly and fully up to date.
21. Ensuring all project documentation is stored correctly.
22. Undertaking preparatory supportive audits.
23. Ad hoc duties when required.

Skills set and Qualifications Requirements
31. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Construction Projects are required.
32. Experience of Data Centre or heavy M&E project development is preferred.
33. Hand on experience with MS office and strong IT skills
34. Experience on Project Account Software is preferred (Sage / Quicken)
35. Experience on the management of Procore platform is preferred.
36. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
