Apply today and discover what your career could look like with Classic Drinks.Key Accountabilities:CustomsPrepare and submit electronic customs declarations through Thyme IT Software for both ROI and NIResponsible for checking declarations to internal Accounts Payable/PO system.Identify and report any differences to internal departmentsUpdate Accounts Payable/PO's system with relevant information from Thyme IT and approve same for Operations Department.Accept Declarations on Thyme at end of internal process for ROIAccept Declaration on HMRC at end of internal process for NIResponsible for Commodity coding for any new/existing itemsComplete Intrastat and Vies return as requiredFinanceBank reconciliationsReviewing finance coding of Non-Trade PO's to systemReviewing and post Cross-charges from parent companyReconcile intercompany accountsComplete Depletion reports as requiredComplete CSO returns as requiredOther Ad-Hoc dutiesRequirements:Excellent numerical and analytical skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and OutlookAbility to take initiative, be innovative and to work under pressureAbility to work as part of a teamExperience in Thyme IT (Preferable - not essential)Core Competencies: Flexibility & Adaptability - Demonstrates understanding of how change impacts people.
