Clare, Ireland.
You will need to have a passion for training & service as a small team & wine knowledge.
As the hotel closes for the Winter season, we are looking for someone to join for the re-opening in the New Year.
The hotel is a small family owned 21 Bedroom Luxury Hotel in the Burren region in the West of Ireland.
The restaurant is a Fine Dining restaurant and they have a bar that serves a light lunch as well as Afternoon Tea (Tuesday to Thursday) & breakfast for residents daily.
Please note that candidates must have the right to live and work in Ireland.
