**Manager of New Product Introduction (NPI)**
Offaly, Ireland. Reporting to: Vice President of Commercial Development.

We seek an experienced leader with a passion for product commercialization and operational excellence to lead the standardization and enhancement of customer experiences throughout the new product commercialization lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Standardize and optimize NPI processes to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency.
* Ensure high SLA adherence across all NPI initiatives, aligning internal and external expectations.
* Lead transformation efforts by prioritizing and differentiating workflows across a diverse set of NPI initiatives.
* Oversee high-volume product launches, managing approximately 300-500 launches per year within one-month project timelines.
* Develop KPIs and metrics to track and enhance NPI process effectiveness.
* Enhance cross-functional collaboration, aligning commercial and operational objectives.
* Drive lean operational excellence, applying Six Sigma principles to continuously improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and customer expectations.
* Inspire and lead teams, fostering a culture of active listening, consensus building, and innovative problem-solving.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
* Project Management and Lean Operations certifications preferred.
* Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP or CAPM certification desirable.
* 7-10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or services operations environment (medical, pharma, or other highly regulated industries preferred).
* Proven success in leading interdisciplinary teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Experience with product design tools (CAD/CAM, Solid Works) and SAP ERP preferred.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Ability to travel up to 25-30%, including international travel.
