Our multinational technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, focused on Leave of Absence administration, for a 12-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidates will be responsible for all LOA queries for multiple countries across EMEA.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
1. Interpret and apply understanding of Leave of Absence and related policies and procedures, to provide advice, guidance, and clarification for employees.
2. Interpret and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions for Leave of Absence.
3. Consult with relevant department (e.g., Benefits department, Payroll, Legal) as necessary.
4. Participate in special projects where a Leave of Absence specialist input is required.
5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, including leave management/employee benefit experience.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Prior experience in a centralized human resource function/shared services environment preferred.
4. Strong ability to prioritise tasks.
5. HRIS experience (Workday, desirable).
6. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
