* Assist in the technical delivery of construction and civil engineering projects from start to finish.
* Support in managing site teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
* Help prepare and review technical documents such as plans, designs, and reports.
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site teams.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* 2-4 years of site engineering experience within the civil engineering or construction sector.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and safety standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
* Capability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* Full clean driving license.
