Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team. Reporting to the head of people and culture, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing job advertisements.
* Organising all aspects of the interview process including liaising with candidates and selection.
* Conducting both online and in-person interviews.
* Managing the full recruitment of hires.
* Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers.
* Drafting contracts of employment/amendment letters/reference letters, etc.
* Maintaining records and personnel files and updating accordingly.
* Ensuring that in-house databases are maintained.
* Running/preparing HR metric reports for the Head of people and culture.
* Managing advertising, sourcing, and reference checks.
* Engaging with the Head of people and culture on recruitment requirements, offering best practice recruitment support.
* Building strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders, as well as building relationships with recruitment agencies.
Key Skills:
* A passion for HR and working with people.
* Minimum 1+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced organisation.
* Third level Degree in HR (advantageous).
* Strong MS Office skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Self-motivated and highly enthusiastic team player.
* Ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of work.
