Job Description
A key role within our facilities management team is available for a Facilities Coordinator to work in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities:
* Log and prioritize maintenance and facilities service requests from clients, received through various channels.
* Coordinate technician schedules based on availability and location.
* Liaise with relevant teams to monitor call history and ensure completion of works at all sites.
* Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance across all client sites.
* Oversee reactive and preventative maintenance schedules for multiple sites.
* Monitor and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
* Manage vendor contracts, including verification of work completion and payment authorization.
* Administer contract database and track upcoming expirations.
* Obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers as needed.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in building services management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* The ability to manage supply ordering and tracking is necessary.
* Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
