Community Operations Analyst – MAGHREB
A key role at our global tech company, the Community Operations Analyst ensures a safe and positive user experience while enforcing platform policies.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
* Review and moderate content within set guidelines.
* Respond to user inquiries with speed, empathy, and accuracy.
* Analyze data to improve user experience.
* Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
* Fluency in MAGHREB and English (written and verbal).
* Strong resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work shifts, including late nights and weekends.
* Full work authorization in Ireland.
