Job Title: Training Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Training Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team in Dublin 2.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a professional services environment. As a Training Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the L&D team, working alongside 6 colleagues to schedule and organise training programmes for employees at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively supporting a team of 6 people in an administrative capacity
* Support the launch, execution and evaluation of learning programmes, events, and campaigns
* Assist with communications, monitor attendance and engagement, manage in-person and online events, research topics and skills, and engage with speakers in their preparation and follow up
L&D Event Coordination:
* Calendar management
* Attendance tracking and recording
* Preparing materials
* Consolidating feedback
* Liaising with external vendors
* Room management
* Participant communications
Requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in an administrative/scheduling/coordination role dealing with a high volume of admin
* Preferably from an L&D or HR environment (ideally 1-2 years experience as a L&D Administrator; in Events Coordination, or as a Junior Project Manager)
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive approach to work
* Ability to take initiative and take ownership of the role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
