Data Entry Administrator - Contract - Life Sciences
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team in County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter employee medical information into the electronic system.
* Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for data entry tasks.
* Collaborate with the Occupational Health team to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
* Monitor and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
* Address and resolve any data entry errors or inconsistencies promptly.
* Support documentation archival, update, and maintenance (doc control admin work).
Requirements:
* Experience in a medical setting is ideal but not essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Good organization and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
* Availability to start immediately.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
