The Catering Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all staff have access to necessary equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and surrounding areas.
* Ensure compliance with HACCP standards at all times.
* Operate tills and provide exceptional customer service.
* Clean and sanitize all areas used for meal preparation, including grills, ovens, sinks, and stoves.
Requirements:
* Manual handling and HACCP training (provided upon hiring).
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
