Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Data Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Contract Regulatory Reporting Data Consultant to join our client, a leading Multinational Financial Services Organisation, on a 9-month daily rate position based in the IFSC, Dublin 1, Ireland.
Summary
This role requires upgrading processes using digitization tools such as Alteryx and Workiva. The consultant will support the change team in testing/reviewing new processes/systems ensuring compliance with control framework. The work will support the team in timely and accurate preparation of Regulatory returns into the Central Bank of Ireland, in line with Regulatory Guidance and local policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the testing and roll-out of the Axiom initiative
2. Test data sets by reviewing and verifying accuracy for inclusion in Regulatory Reporting returns
3. Partner with the Data controller to identify, capture, and address data capture challenges
4. Support others to deliver and review their work for alignment to the delivery standards
5. Execute process changes in compliance with the design principles in place for the Controllers team
6. Perform reviews on other team members' process changes – ensuring compliance with design principles
7. Contribute to the continuous development and maintenance of a strong control environment
8. Maintain strong collaborative relationships with business partners
9. Ad hoc requests as required
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years relevant regulatory reporting/project experience
* Experience in Regulatory/Financial reporting team
* SME in a wide range of financial products and technical expertise in regulatory reporting processes
* Experience working with other Alteryx users (supporting development, reviewing work, providing constructive feedback)
* Axiom, FRS, Workiva, Tableau, Power BI skills an advantage
* Experience implementing controls and appropriate control and process supporting documentation
* Understanding of banking regulatory reporting rules and requirements an advantage
* Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong data management skills
* Knowledge of banking and financial services Industry
* Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
* Ability to operate and manage multiple priorities and deliverables
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 per annum, calculated based on industry standards for a similar position in Dublin, Ireland.
