About Your New Job
You will act as support to the board, executive management team & committees on company secretarial matters. Attend and prepare board meetings and drafting of minutes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key company stakeholders. Provide and support corporate governance.
What Skills You Need
* A Professional Company Secretary Qualification and/or a third-level qualification in a related field.
* 5 years + post-qualification experience in the role of company secretary.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
