About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Support your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets.
* In the absence of other management, open and close the store ensuring safe and legal trading practices.
* Provide friendly and efficient customer service to drive sales.
* Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Assist customers with queries using product knowledge.
* Process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
* Perform ear piercing duties after receiving full training.
* Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment.
Qualifications
* A minimum of some high school education is required.
* At least one year of retail experience is necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
* Basic computer skills are required.
* You must understand the importance of customer service.
* You should have a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
* You must be able to stand during scheduled shifts.
* You may be required to maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
* You will need to perform bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
* You must be able to operate a POS system.
