A Graduate Business Development Manager is required for a growing MedTech company based in County Tipperary. The company designs and manufactures tailored powered and non-powered mobile workstations based on the customer’s requirements, supporting both commercial Pharma organisations and the NHS.
The Graduate Business Development Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Business Development, including building an extensive map of contacts within the account, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting the external Account Management team with larger projects.
Full training and natural promotional opportunities will be available for the suitable candidate. This is a full-time role on site and offers a competitive salary + benefits package (Includes OTE).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain an acceptable level of activity with calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).
2. Arrange appointments/demonstrations of the full product set.
3. Assist with quotations.
4. Build plans to target specific accounts.
5. Build an accurate map of contacts for the account.
6. Build rapport with key decision makers within the hospitals.
7. Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and projects.
8. Keep CRM fully up to date.
Candidate Requirements:
1. The confidence to liaise with senior contacts within NHS environments.
2. Comfortable with CRM activity and pipeline management, and work towards agreed KPIs.
3. The ability to confidently discuss our product range via virtual demonstrations from their demo room in the UK.
4. Ambition to move into an external role once fully up to speed with the sales process.
