Day Service Supervisor
This is a part-time permanent supervisory role working 19.5 hours per week.
Dublin South East Services, a leading provider of education, training, employment, respite, and community living supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities in South Dublin, invites applications for the post of Day Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will effectively manage staff teams through leading, supporting, and further developing person-centered opportunities for adults with an intellectual disability.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* A relevant third-level qualification (QQI level 7) in Social Care, Allied Health, Management, Teaching, or Psychology.
* Experience working with adults with disabilities in developmental, educational, training, and/or work programs.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Effective team management and change management skills.
* A commitment to person-centered planning using a human rights-based approach.
* An understanding of outcomes-based services and supports.
* Proven ability to demonstrate creativity and initiative in identifying opportunities for meaningful community involvement and participation.
