Lead the Charge for Charity and Make an Impact!
Are you a natural leader with a passion for fundraising and making a difference? At CPM, we partner with Ireland’s top charities to deliver impactful door-to-door fundraising campaigns. As a Charity Team Leader, you will lead by example, motivating your team and driving success across Ireland, all while reporting to the Client Service Manager.
What You’ll Do:
1. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of fundraisers to achieve daily and weekly targets.
2. Fundraising: Actively participate in door-to-door fundraising, representing well-known charity partners and setting the standard for your team.
3. Travel Nationwide: Although there are no location restrictions, you must be prepared to travel regularly across Ireland, working on-site with your team in different locations.
4. Monitor Performance: Track team progress, provide feedback, and implement strategies to ensure continuous success.
5. Support the Client Service Manager: Report regularly to the Client Service Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment with campaign goals and performance.
6. Create a Positive Team Environment: Foster a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

What You’ll Bring:
1. Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a similar role.
2. Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and supporting teams.
3. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel regularly across Ireland.
4. Strong communication skills and a passion for inspiring others.
