Job Overview
The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver excellent and efficient customer service that drives increased sales and business retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring a seamless experience in line with FBD's customer care ethos.
* Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through effective selling and retention skills.
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, ensuring all aspects of service provision meet customer expectations.
* Optimise opportunities for cross-selling, generating referrals while engaging with customers to maximise business growth opportunities within other channels/business units.
* Handle a requisite volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives for both customers and the organisation.
* Work closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets set.
* Ensure compliance with all systems and procedures implemented by the Company.
* Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of FBD's Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent and/or a relevant third-level qualification.
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Previous sales or customer service experience.
* Proactive, energetic approach and positive outlook.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
