Human Resources Administrator
Terms: 4 days per week (28 hours); Maternity contract
We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Administrator who will co-ordinate and implement Recruitment, Training and HR Systems for the company. This is a part time position based in Dara Hub in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
Essential Requirements:
1. Qualification in a relevant HR Discipline preferably a CIPD qualification.
2. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
3. Minimum of 2 years' experience within a busy HR environment.
4. Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to deal with changing priorities.
5. Strong knowledge of HR Best practice processes and procedures.
6. Fluency in English language both oral and written.
7. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Desirable:
1. Knowledge of HIQA Regulations and/or experience in the Social Care sector.
