Description Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage accounting and financial operations.
Assist with financial planning and management of resources.
Prepare monthly and annual reports and accounts.
Manage financial records and reporting.

Support continuous improvement processes in the Finance function.
Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable finance managerial experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT skills.
Strong written and communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated initiative.
Analytical skills and a systematic approach.
