Our client is seeking applications for an Organisational Psychological Executive to join the team and provide vital support to a range of Education, Support and Communication initiatives. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field education, support, mental health or professional services is required. The successful candidate will support the effective and timely implementation of key projects linked to our clients' Organisational Psychology Strategic Ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
The Organisational Psychology Executive will work closely with the Head of Services, peers, all team members and key stakeholders to:
1. Support the timely implementation of the Organisational Psychology strategy in the domains of education, communication and support services.
2. Develop and coordinate events onsite, online, and at regional locations.
3. Research, assess and develop new ways of meeting evolving psychological needs.
4. Assist in the ongoing implementation of the client's strategy, report recommendations, as well as external research sources.
5. Attend onsite and assist in the coordination/delivery of course modules.
6. Produce high quality reports and communication materials relating to Organisational Psychology.
Knowledge & Skills
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
1. Hold a relevant third level qualification and/or significant relevant work experience in a relevant area such as organisational psychology or mental health.
2. Track record of developing and project-managing professional services such as: professional education, supports and/or communication initiatives.
3. Experience of partnering with professional services workplaces is a distinct advantage.
4. A creative, innovative and proactive approach to working within a dynamic team.
5. Willingness to develop new skills, knowledge and capacities as the clients Psychological Service evolves and its priorities shift.
6. Strong communication and organisational ability with well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills.
7. Empathetic and professional approach to the area of mental health.
8. Ability to influence stakeholders of the client and in the wider legal community to work towards common goals.
9. Knowledge and nuanced understanding of appropriate responses to prevailing professional mental health issues is desirable.
