The Role
OVERVIEWThis role assumes responsibility for managing sponsorship projects across influencer and rights sponsorship activity for multiple client accounts – both for sponsor brands and property owners. The role is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to add to their skill set, across various strands in the Sponsorship Practice. The role will also act as a point of contact for both clients and Media Teams in Core, surrounding the day to day elements of the Sponsorship Practice, including rights sponsorship as well as influencer management activity. It requires the use of media research tools, proprietary tools, effective management of the sponsorship processes (negotiation, valuation, measurement etc.) and excellent attention to detail, time management and client service to ensure best in class delivery on behalf of the Sponsorship Practice for our clients. It also requires strong collaboration and communication with the wider Core organisation across the integral teams to ensure that delivery is to the highest standards. A strong working relationship with colleagues, agency Media Teams, and the Research, Strategy, Data and Investment Practices are a crucial element of this role.Responsibilities The role of the Client Manager assumes the responsibility of project manager for each project they are assigned. The role will also involve helping to meet and exceed team revenue targets set in the business plan. The Client Manager will need to foster a strong a working relationship with our colleagues in the Media Practices. This role is central to the efficient and effective running of the day to day Sponsorship Practice service and management. This includes critical paths, timely and billing/spends projections delivering relevant sponsorship opportunities to the highest standard, presenting response to briefs and ideation. KPIs will include revenue targets, growing the Sponsorship Practice’s reputation internally and externally, and the rights sponsorship service scores in the PULSE client service review
Your profile
Experience• Up to 2 years’ experience in sponsorship or marketing communications roles• Knowledge of the digital disciplines would be beneficial but not essential • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint• Experience in managing day to day client relationships • Previous experience with relevant marketing tools Person Specification• Be a confident communicator• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients • Display the ability to think creatively and innovatively • Very knowledgeable on all media • Possess good presentation skills – assist in presenting insights to clients • Good listener - ability to understand client’s objective

Salary Range
€33,000 - €44,000 DOE
