Our corporate law firm is seeking a highly experienced Payroll Specialist.
The Job:
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing monthly payroll for employees, pensioners, and partners in Ireland, the UK, and the USA.
* Administering statutory payments, benefits, pensions, and compensation adjustments.
* Coordinating internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
* Implementing legislative payroll changes and maintaining policies and procedures.
* Acting as the primary contact for payroll queries and reporting.
* Preparing financial reports, including gender pay gap analysis and tax submissions.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* 5+ years' experience in a payroll management role in a fast-paced environment.
* IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Irish payroll regulations, taxation, and employment law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (Access Payroll preferred).
* A proven track record in system implementation and process improvements.
* Ability to manage multiple payrolls, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
