We are presently recruiting for an IT & Technical Support Team Lead for our clients in Killorglin, County Kerry. Reporting to senior management, you will manage a small team of four people and will lead in all aspects of technical support, continuous improvements, and ensure that clients are satisfied. This is a permanent position with the option of a hybrid working week.
Responsibilities:
1. Management of IT and Tech Support Teams
2. Responsible for maintaining high performance levels of service
3. Ensure systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
4. Responsibility for delivery of key IT projects
5. Responsible for Technical Support service delivery performance
6. Responsible for delivery of system and service improvements
7. Leading people management within the small IT team
The person:
1. 3 years previous experience in a similar role
2. Strong IT Security knowledge
3. Strong customer focus and people management and leadership skills
4. Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage) WMS experience
5. Strong project management experience is essential.
Salary is open to negotiation based on experience. 25 days holiday, hybrid working, Pension, and life cover are also offered.
