We are a franchised Renault, Dacia & Opel main Dealer committed to providing exceptional customer service and helping our clients find the perfect financing solutions for their vehicle purchases.
Job Summary: As a Trainee Motor Vehicle Finance Sales Consultant, you will be involved in guiding customers through the process of securing financing for their new or used vehicle purchases.
You will build rapport, understand their needs, present financing options while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities: During the training period you will develop your skills to be able to address the following responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers, understanding their vehicle needs and budget requirements.
* Finance Consultation: Explain various financing options, including loans, leases, and other financial products, clearly and concisely.
* Needs Analysis: Assess customer financial situations and recommend appropriate financing solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
* Sales Presentations: Present finance packages, highlighting key features, benefits, and terms.
* Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to vehicle financing.
* Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including loan applications, contracts, and other related documents.
* Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal team members.
* Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, financing products, and industry trends.
* Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
