Estimating Manager Role

The Role:
* Tender Preparation: Oversee tender returns and estimates ensuring accuracy in processes
* Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing analysis
* Take-offs and Scope of Works: Conduct take-offs for projects and define scope of works
* Business System Support: Support business systems including CRM and cost libraries
* Efficiency and Margin Improvement: Drive efficiency in tender processes and identify margin improvement opportunities
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to ensure professional development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 5+ years' experience in fit-out, marine, or construction estimating with a proven track record of cost planning and tendering
* Software Skills: Experience in using Conquest estimating software or similar
* Leadership and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple tenders, oversee a team effectively, possess strong analytical skills, and have commercial awareness
* Additional Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
