Executive Assistant
Join a leading Irish PR firm, with a presence in Europe and soon opening their doors in the UK, as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in their Dublin headquarters.
This exciting role offers the chance to collaborate with global industry leaders, delivering high-level support in a fast-paced, advisory-focused environment. The firm specialises in law, public policy and communications while driving business forward through regulatory compliance, legislative advocacy, and strategic engagement. Ideal for a proactive individual with experience in professional services or corporate settings.
This role is being offered on a 4 day week – Monday to Thursday.
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:
1. Proactively managing the diary and schedule of the MD, ensuring prioritisation of critical tasks and meetings.
2. Liaising with external clients and contacts to coordinate meetings and maintain professional communications.
3. Coordinating travel and accommodation for the MD, Directors, and team members.
4. Ensuring the MD is fully briefed for all client engagements and preparing high-standard presentations.
5. Managing correspondence and handling calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the MD.
6. Supporting the MD with project management, including key client projects and event organisation.
7. Monitoring and managing routine expenditures and supporting invoicing and debtor management tasks.
8. Providing administrative support to other Directors and Consultants as required.
The skills you need for this Executive Assistant role:
1. A professional services or corporate background with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising confidently with senior stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professionalism at all times.
6. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
