Key Responsibilities
* Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members.
* Maintain scope and change control for project teams, addressing any issues that may arise and escalating them as necessary.
* Closely monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes accordingly.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) and other disciplines to develop and execute project plans.
* Provide regular status updates to the core team and project management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Ensure all work is managed in accordance with established procedures and best practices, working closely with technical leads to achieve this goal.
* Lead the cost, risk, change management, and schedule efforts for project teams in collaboration with EPCM and partners.
Required Experience:
* Prior experience managing sub-teams on design, installation, and commissioning projects.
* Familiarity with scope, cost, and schedule management principles.
* Proven track record of managing risks and changes effectively.
* Background in electrical and instrumentation and control systems (I&C).
