Deploy Limited are looking for a number of Site Agents based in either Cork or Dublin, Ireland. Our client is a market leader within the Infrastructure, Construction, Pharma and Data centre sectors in UK, Ireland, and Europe. Currently, they have a very full order book in Ireland with a project pipeline well into 2025 and are constantly tendering with government state bodies and tier 1 clients.Our client is looking to expand their operational delivery teams to assist with the significant growth of the business.Core sector expertise consists of the following:
Civil Engineering works.
Railway Infrastructure civils and electrical.
Airport Infrastructure civils and electrical.
Data Centre electrical installations.
Pharmaceutical Plant's electrical installations.
The Role: Our client is looking for keen and enthusiastic Site Agents to join their expanding business in Ireland, ideally located in or around Dublin & Cork areas.Key Responsibilities:To manage the construction from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to high standards and within budget/schedule.Plan and coordinate all aspects of the project, including possessions, planned closures and weekly planning meetings.Managing engineers and construction workers, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within budget and schedule.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and procedures.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other contractors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standardArrange and chair weekly progress meetings with internal teams and clients Analyse BOQ and work with procurement to order items to ensure the project schedule is adhered to and achieved.RequirementsRequirements: BTech/BSc/BEng Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience managing the construction/rail industry, including experience as a Site Agent/Senior EngineerExpertise with all aspects of rail construction, including earthworks, drainage, troughing, concrete works and signalling works.Ability to analyse and interpret construction drawings and specifications and add notes to drawings when needed.Knowledge of the latest construction technologies and software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.Strong leadership and communication skills.A valid Driver's License.Right to work in Ireland with fluent English speaking and writing.Salary / Benefits:Competitive Salary DOE.Pension after the probation period ends (6 Months)Private HealthcareCompany Vehicle / AllowanceAnnual performance bonus scheme22 Days annual leave plus Bank HolidaysThe role is based on Days and a 40 Hour working week, Monday to Friday.This is a 100% site-based role and will involve attending multiple worksites.
