Description
1. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
2. Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts
3. Conduct financial analysis and present findings to upper management
4. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
5. Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives
6. Manage the company's financial accounting, reporting and control activities
7. Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
8. Participate in the development and support of projects within the Accounting & Finance department
Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
1. A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
2. Professional (or studying toward) qualification as a ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar
3. Strong knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP)
4. Ideally experience with Exchequer system
5. Good knowledge of financial software
6. Excellent organisational and leadership skills
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
