Your new role
1. Provide superior analytic consultation with a focus on client satisfaction, client retention, and trend management.
2. Support short and long term operational and strategic business activities.
3. Design, execute, and maintain advanced PBM analytics, conduct and evaluate trend analyses, and present clinical and financial opportunities based on analytic insights to clients.
4. Use logic and analytic skills to perform client-specific analyses in response to business questions and communicate the findings, including data sources, methodology, outcomes and recommendations.
5. Develop, enhance and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions.
6. Routinely collaborate with clinical consulting and account management to provide clinical aspects of client quarterly reviews.
7. Maintain strategic relationships with client leaders, key stakeholders, and brokers/consultants while maintaining a focus on organisation strategies and goals.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience.
9. 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics and conducting advanced analytic modelling for large claims databases with real-world applications.
10. 5+ years of experience querying and analysing pharmacy claims data using at least one data query and analysis tool (SQL, SAS).
11. Design and develop new scalable/repeatable solutions and re-write legacy SAS programs.
12. Experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
13. Be able to navigate through existing Databricks/Azure challenges.
14. 4+ years of experience developing cloud-based analytics products.
15. 2+ years of experience using a data visualisation tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
16. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
17. The ability to problem-solve, including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
18. Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting.
19. Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes.
What you'll get in return
20. Pay rate between €450-€494 per day subject to experience.
21. 6-Month Contract.
