With a strong pipeline of works and continued investment in energy, power distribution, and utility infrastructure, theyre now looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their expanding commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on essential utility projects, working with a forward-thinking company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional development. The Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved in the full commercial management of utility and power projects, including: Managing the tendering and contract administration process Preparing, negotiating, and analysing project costs and budgets Overseeing procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Assessing and certifying interim payments and variations Preparing and reviewing interim valuations and final accounts Producing detailed monthly cost reports and forecasts (CVRs) Monitoring project progress and ensuring financial targets are met Collaborating with site teams, clients, and stakeholders Attending regular project and commercial meetings on-site and in office What you need: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline Previous experience in utilities, civils, power, or infrastructure sectors is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and industry software Strong communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation skills A proactive, detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple project.
