Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a critical role in site management, ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanship.
* Management of the site's short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelines.
* Enforcement of Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site.
* Coordination and management of subcontractors, team members, and resolution of on-site issues as they arise.
* Maintenance of clear communication with relevant departments for project completion to a high specification.
* Handling of all project documentation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
* Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Full driving license and relevant site certifications required.
Salary
€66,000 per annum (up to €66,000 depending on experience).
