About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and hands-on Program Manager to join the IT Strategy team at Citco. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of key strategic IT programs.
This role requires a dynamic, adaptable professional who can effectively bridge the gap between technical IT concepts and clear, accessible communication for a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on communicator, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex organizational structures, drive change, and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.ResponsibilitiesJob Duties in Brief: 1.Strategic Program Management:Lead the Planning, Execution, and Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of agreed strategic IT programs and initiatives.Develop Program Roadmaps: Develop program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans.Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop and implement strategic plans for IT projects that align with the company's overall business objectives. Set clear goals and milestones for each project.Resource Allocation and Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and personnel.Collaboration and Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This includes mentoring and developing team members.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor & report on program status, milestones, and outcomes to senior leadership.Risk Management and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. This involves regular risk assessments and implementing contingency plans.Program Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. This includes maintaining documentation and reporting for audit purposes.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure that project deliverables are met.2. Stakeholder Management:Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Establish a stakeholder engagement plan that includes regular check-ins, feedback loops, and personalized communication strategies.Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure that project goals are understood and met. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes effectively.Manage Expectations and Resolve Conflicts: Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.Present IT Strategies: Present IT strategies and program updates to executive leadership.3. Change Management:Develop Change Management Strategies: Develop and implement change management strategies for IT initiatives.Assess Organizational Readiness: Assess organizational readiness for IT changes and develop appropriate interventions.Coordinate Training and Support: Coordinate training and support for new IT systems and processes.4. Performance Measurement and Reporting:Establish KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT programs and initiatives.Review and Update KPIs: Regularly review and update KPIs to align with evolving business goals and industry standards.Create and Maintain Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards to track and report on program performance.Integrate AI and Machine Learning: Integrate AI and machine learning tools to provide predictive analytics and insights for better decision-making.Conduct Program Reviews: Conduct regular program reviews and assessments.Provide Insights and Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations based on program performance data.QualificationsAbout You: 8+ years of PM experience ideally managing transformation or strategic programs;Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field plus PM related certifications (PMP, Agile etc.)Positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude;Strong experience with Project Management tools, particularly Jira;Think creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges;Organized, accurate and self-motivated;You should possess the following skills:Program and Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale IT programs and projects.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Leadership and Influencing: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.Change Management: Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and applying change management methodologies.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.Stakeholder Management: Skill in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.Agility and Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and openness to new ideas and approaches.What We Offer: A challenging and rewarding role in an award-winning global business.Opportunities for personal and professional career development.
