Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Join our award-winning Digital Marketing team in contributing to our digital marketing strategy and supporting various initiatives across social media platforms and campaigns.
Your Role:
* Collaborate with colleagues, agencies, and partners to brainstorm and execute digital campaigns and activities.
* Support production of rich media including short, medium, long form video and podcasts for onsite content and social media.
* Utilize platform-based tools to create, produce, and edit engaging video ensuring conformity to brand and compliance guidelines.
* Identify opportunities from existing brand events, sponsorships, partnerships, and CSR activities and promote these across social and digital channels.
* Evaluate employee advocacy platform effectiveness and amplify consistent content.
* Analyse channel metrics and performance to optimize campaign strategy.
* Conduct research and insights on industry trends to inform digital and social media strategies.
* Create and maintain web content, including meta data and tagging, to optimize performance.
* Identify optimization opportunities for improved customer experience to increase channel conversion.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' solid experience in a related role.
* A creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills, including strong time management skills, with a results-focused attitude.
* An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Experience with employee advocacy platforms and managing social media communities is an advantage.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* A portfolio of digital examples of your work would be preferable.
