Job Description: A customer service interpreter handles many types of different calls, including but not limited to: 911 emergencies, accident reports, insurance claims, and government program interviews.
Technical Skills:
1. High school graduate
2. English Level: 90% or above
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
2. Advanced English – level C1 or higher.
3. High speed internet access.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a bridge in telephone communication between a person speaking a different language and the interpreter.
