We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive for our Dublin branch.
The role involves securing new business, renewals and processing mid-term alterations. To succeed in this position you must demonstrate an understanding of your clients' needs when advising them on their insurance requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Renewals are invited in line with agreed protocols and procedures.
* Achieve an individual income budget.
* Achieve other upsell/cross-sell targets.
* Ensure agreed processes are followed in all matters.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection.
* Comply with Central Bank requirements as well as internal policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
* CIP Qualified (or Grandfathered) in Commercial General Insurance.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance role.
* Conform with Fitness & Probity.
* Have good market, product and technical knowledge.
* Be meticulous, organised and have excellent communication skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to work within a team environment.
* Possess a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to and embrace change.
