The Job:
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will provide full HR support to the Limerick-based employees & management teams, as well as acting as a key resource for the wider global organisation.
More specifically, you will be tasked with covering IR & ER engagement, resolving employee queries, coordinating training/L&D initiatives, leading recruitment for both internal moves & external hiring, managing HRIS & payroll data reporting, assisting in the implementation of HR changes & new processes, and acting as an HR partner to operations management & senior colleagues.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
* 3rd level degree ideally in HR or a related discipline.
* 3+ years HR experience ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment. Experience in a unionised manufacturing operation would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Prior experience in payroll coordination would be an advantage but is not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills & proven ability to multi-task.
* Strong IT skills.
The Offer:
This position is being offered as an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary range depending on experience, expected to be up to approx. 50k. In addition, there is an excellent full benefits package including private health care, generous pension contribution, gym membership & other entitlements.
This role will be office-based 5 days per week in Limerick.
