Louth (Hybrid) Salary DOE An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced HR Business Partner to play a crucial role in an ERP project, collaborating with senior leaders and project management to drive HR strategy alignment and deliver operational HR support.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR contact for the ERP project, supporting project staff resourcing, performance management, onboarding, employee wellbeing, and incentive schemes.
Partner with the Project Director to align team capabilities with project goals, manage HR processes, and ensure seamless integration with overall HR strategies.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, and collaborate with departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Track and analyze HR metrics tied to project milestones, addressing challenges proactively.
Candidate Profile Minimum of 5 years experience in HR advisory or business partner roles, with expertise in Talent Development, Employee Relations, and Change Management and project experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of ROI employment law essential.
HR degree required, CIPD membership preferred.
