The Position Among your main responsibilities will be: Developing a project management approach to the delivery of tasks and problem solving on time and within budget.
Performing complex problem solving with guidance and support without compromising regulatory, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or compliance requirements Managing execution of assigned tasks, holding self-accountable for compliant and high-quality execution.
Adopting OE tools to continuously challenge systems and implement process optimisation within own area of expertise under guidance.
Developing and inputting into project plans to ensure timely completion of concurrent work assignments and commitments.
Supporting manufacturing team in day to day operations and investigating any process related deviations as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Supporting various regulatory audits as SME for process assigned.
Qualifications Batchelor or master's in engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering.
We will accept a fresh graduate without much experience, or a young professional with an internship experience the engineering or pharma industry.
Displaying a working knowledge of engineering principles and cGMP requirements.
Understanding of a highly regulated environment and willingness to learn about one in case of luck of previous experience.
Good planning, prioritising skills, high level of communication and relationship building skills.
Willingness to learn and flexibility.
