We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong knowledge of Strong Customer Authentication, Stakeholder Management, Project Management/IT lead, Project Delivery, etc.
The IT Technical Project Lead will be responsible for:
* The provision of quality Project Management services to support the Digital change agenda for the bank's business units and customers.
* The role involves close collaboration with the IT leadership community, Group Change, and the business in delivering change in a timely and acceptable manner to all.
* The role and associated responsibilities may change at a future date in response to changing IT.
* Takes initiative to learn and act, can both lead and work in a team.
* Coordinate project reports and ensure that each team is working to agreed objectives.
* Engage in regular two-way communication with the team members to ensure open and constructive communications take place.
* Create and monitor resource plans to ensure effective project delivery.
* Establish and manage relevant project management partner relationships in the business and suppliers/3rd parties.
* Support the business in the review and development of new initiatives and opportunities and lead the delivery when required.
* Represent IT on working groups and focus groups as appropriate.
Skills:
* 3+ years project management/lead experience and project delivery.
* Demonstrable track record of delivering multiple concurrent projects to time, cost, and quality commitments.
* Demonstrable expertise in relevant project management frameworks and associated standards. Proven track record for planning, executing, and controlling projects with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
* Experience of leading the full project lifecycle across diverse teams.
* A background in and understanding of IT technology stacks and related processes, procedures, and standards.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Change Management.
